This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping a property looking its best, and is willing to learn basic maintenance skills. This role will primarily focus on curb appeal, grounds, and assisting with minor maintenance tasks throughout the property.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting with property curb appeal and overall cleanliness Touch-up painting and light cosmetic repairs Assisting with trash pickup and grounds upkeep Minor maintenance tasks such as changing hinges, tightening hardware, replacing light bulbs, etc. Assisting with moving furniture, supplies, and equipment as needed Walking the property regularly to identify areas needing attention Supporting the maintenance team with daily tasks and work orders Maintaining a professional and positive attitude with residents and team members

Qualifications:

Prior apartment maintenance or grounds experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and take direction Reliable transportation and attendance Ability to lift, move, and carry equipment or furniture as needed Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail We are looking for someone dependable, proactive, and team-oriented who takes pride in helping maintain a clean and welcoming community.
