Join us and become part of a growing organization where your contributions make a meaningful impact. We are looking for a qualified EV Technician I (Entry-Level / Ground Support) . The EV Technician I role is an entry-level field position supporting EV charging infrastructure construction projects. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start a career in construction or EV infrastructure, with hands-on exposure to jobsite operations, safety practices, and field teamwork. Key Responsibilities Perform general site labor and ground support activities on EV construction sites Assist foremen, equipment operators, and skilled technicians as directed Support trenching, conduit handling, backfilling, and site cleanup Stage materials and maintain jobsite organization Support electrical and civil crews with daily tasks Follow site safety plans, JHA/JSA requirements, and PPE protocols Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment Skills, Knowledge and Expertise No prior EV experience required Construction or general labor experience preferred but not required Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team Reliable transportation required OSHA-10 certification preferred (can be obtained after hire) Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed
