Job Summary Join our team as a Landscape Laborer and play a role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. This position involves assisting with a variety of landscaping, horticultural, and maintenance tasks to ensure our projects meet the highest standards. Whether you're working on lawn care, planting, or hardscape installation, your contributions will help create inviting landscapes that inspire and delight clients. This paid position offers hands-on experience in the landscaping industry, fostering growth and skill development in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks including digging, edging, and installing landscape features Support the installation of hardscape elements like patios, walkways, and retaining walls using appropriate equipment and techniques Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and installing components to ensure proper watering of landscape Conduct general gardening duties including soil preparation, fertilization, and mulching to promote plant health Support tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to enhance landscape aesthetics and safety Skills Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain landscaping equipment effectively Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction equipment Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming and planting for health and safety Ability to perform irrigation system installation and repairs accurately Strong understanding of landscaping principles including hardscape design and general site maintenance Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
