Job Description

Starting Pay is based on a candidate's skill set and experience & will be discussed during the interview. Employees receive a modified golf membership during their employment with us - details to be discussed during the interview. Full Time & Part Time Positions available. The applicant MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience working at a golf course or comensurate experience. Experience using golf course equipment such as tee, greens, fairway and rough mowers, zero turns, bunker rakes, verti-cuters, rollers, aerators, etc is helpful. Applicant must be able to communicate clearly and professionally. Applicant must have a positive attitude and pay strong attention to detail. Experienced with bush hogs, tractors, back hoe, skidster, chain saw or other maintenance equipment is also useful but is
NOT REQUIRED.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable using small tools and equipment such as weed wackers, blowers, edgers, trimmers and small mowers / zero turn. Tasks to include operation of this equipment, brush and debris cleanup, digging and/or general grounds maintenance. Applicant must have a solid work ethic, be on time, dependable and a team player. Regular & reliable attendance is required. Flexible schedules are available for part time employees. Must take pride in their work and constantly be working to improve the golf course. References from prior employers will be requested.
