Job Description
Groundskeeper-Pressure Washer Penney Farms, FL 32079 $15 an hour - Full-time $15 an hour - Full-time FT/40 hours/week must be able to work in all-weather condition. Must be over the age of 21 to operate equipment. Experience preferred.
Position Summary:
Provide a well-manicured, clean, neat grounds by mowing, edging, weed eating, trimming of bushes, trees, other shrubbery. All other duties as assigned.Position responsibilities:
- Maintain all grounds and shrubbery in a neat well-trimmed manner by utilizing the equipment provided.
- Ensure proper and safe operation of all equipment.
- Service all equipment as needed. (Change oil and filters, sharpen blades, check fluids and clean daily)
- Collect trash and garbage.
- Assist in moving resident furniture.
- Assist during emergencies.
- All other duties as assigned.
