Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. Whether you're trimming trees, installing hardscape features, or maintaining lawns, your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the beauty and usability of our clients' properties. This paid position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in horticulture, landscaping, and outdoor construction. Duties Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to keep landscapes vibrant and healthy Assist with landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, shrubbery care, and tree trimming to promote growth and safety Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, trenching, and installing irrigation systems or hardscape features Support construction projects by handling excavation with equipment such as excavators and assisting in the installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls Conduct routine landscape upkeep including gardening tasks like planting flowers or shrubs and maintaining garden beds Provide snow plowing services during winter months to ensure safe access for clients Maintain equipment through regular cleaning and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance Skills Mechanical knowledge for operating power tools, excavators, and other landscaping machinery Strong understanding of lawn care practices and landscape maintenance techniques Experience with landscaping projects including hardscape installation and tree care Proficiency with hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and saws Knowledge of irrigation systems setup and maintenance for efficient watering solutions Ability to perform gardening tasks with precision and attention to detail Familiarity with snow plowing equipment operation during winter seasons Basic understanding of horticulture principles to support plant health and landscape design Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Strong safety awareness when handling construction tools and heavy machinery Join us in creating inspiring outdoor environments!
