Full-time Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Landscape Technician or landscaper to join our team. As a Landscape Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of landscaping techniques and the ability to operate various tools and equipment.

Duties:

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning
• Drive company truck when necessary
• Plant and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees
• Install and maintain irrigation systems
• Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed
• Assist with landscape construction projects, including installing hardscapes and planting new landscapes
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Ensure that all work is completed according to established safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

• Experience landscape work preferred
• Knowledge of plant care, including growing conditions and maintenance requirements
• Familiarity with groundskeeping practices and techniques
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

Requirements:

• Valid Florida drivers license
• Minimun 2 years of experience
• Good driving record Optional skills:
• Be bilingual Spanish/English
