Job Description
We are seeking a hardworking Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel grounds and outdoor areas. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a clean, attractive, and safe environment for guests and visitors. Responsibilities Perform lawn maintenance, trimming, edging, and general landscaping duties Operate blowers and other groundskeeping equipment Remove litter, debris, and rubbish from property grounds Empty outdoor trash receptacles and maintain cleanliness of common areas Maintain walkways, parking lots, pool areas, and exterior spaces Assist with pressure washing and outdoor cleaning projects Monitor irrigation systems and report issues Assist with seasonal landscaping and beautification projects Set up and move outdoor furniture as needed Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns to management Qualifications Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance experience preferred Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Dependable attendance and positive attitude
