Job Description

Porter / Groundskeeper - Apartment Community Join Our Team! We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Porter/Groundskeeper to join our apartment community team. This position plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance of the property while providing excellent service to our residents and guests.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community grounds, common areas, amenities, and parking lots. Pick up trash and debris throughout the property daily. Assist with cleaning vacant apartments and preparing units for new residents. Clean breezeways, stairwells, sidewalks, laundry facilities, and community buildings. Help maintain pool areas, fitness centers, clubhouses, and other amenities. Assist the maintenance team with basic tasks as needed. Ensure all community areas meet company standards for cleanliness and appearance.
Qualifications:
Previous apartment community, janitorial, groundskeeping, or porter experience preferred. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Valid driver's license preferred.
