Job Overview Need experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead landscaping crew.
The ideal candidate:
Strong leadership skills Has 5+ years experience MUST have VALID license to drive Must be timely and reliable. This role is essential for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew to ensure effective workflow. Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, tree care, and irrigation systems. Train and mentor team members on best practices in landscape maintenance and safety protocols. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
