In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining lawns, gardens, and landscape features with precision and care. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work and attention to detail will help ensure our clients' properties look their absolute best year-round. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape maintenance, gardening, and outdoor construction while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience will be the initial factor for pay and will increase during the year as skills and character are established. Bonus' available for consistency and staying through the summer Responsibilities Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to maintain lawns and gardens efficiently. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and weed control to keep outdoor spaces pristine. Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and basic repairs using power tools and hand tools. Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping and maintenance tasks. Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is highly preferred. Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers safely and effectively. Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions carefully while working outdoors in various weather conditions. Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods. Excellent teamwork skills to coordinate effectively with crew members on diverse projects involving landscaping tasks.
