Skills:

Knowledge of landscape installation, maintenance, plant identification, sod installation, grading, and irrigation systems (installation and troubleshooting) Ability to lead a crew, assign tasks, and ensure work is completed efficiently and to company standards Must be able to operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers Communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. regularly, perform physical labor for extended periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Knowledge of safety procedures and proper equipment handling required

Job Description:

Daily lawn maintenance, landscape installation, and irrigation services Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Perform hands-on work including mowing, edging, trimming, planting, sod installation, mulching, and irrigation installation and repairs Diagnose and troubleshoot irrigation systems as needed Load/unload materials and equipment, transport crew to job sites, and maintain tools, vehicles, and job site cleanliness Communicate with management regarding job progress, materials, and any on-site issues Train and guide crew members, enforce safety procedures, and ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining quality workmanship

Days & Hours:

Full Time position; Monday through Saturday; 1st shift (7:00am to 4:00pm); 40 hours per week. Complete work schedule will be discussed with applicant.

Pay:
