Overview Join our vibrant team as a Garden Care Associate and immerse yourself in the beauty of outdoor spaces! In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining lush lawns, vibrant flower beds, and thriving landscapes that inspire and delight. Your enthusiasm for gardening and horticulture will help create inviting environments for our customers and community. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in chemical free landscape and garden space maintenance, floral design, light outdoor construction and project installation , and high level customer service while working in a lively, ever changing outdoor setting. Duties Perform garden care tasks including mowing, edging, hand weeding, mulching, vacuuming, blowing off and observation of pests and irrigation to keep outdoor areas healthy and attractive. Maintain landscape features such as planting new flowers, pulling weeds, pruning shrubs, mulching beds, and managing seasonal displays and fountains.? Provide excellent customer service by providing a welcome home experience for our clients Contribute to overall outdoor cleanliness and organization to promote a welcoming environment for all visitors and owners Skills Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, garden maintenance, and horticulture principles Experience with gardening tasks such as planting, pruning, floral design, and seasonal displays Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Ability to handle gas and electric powered equipment safely accurately Ability to stand , kneel, squat and lift up to 50 lbs. Organizational skills to manage inventory, maintain displays, and prioritize daily tasks effectively Passion for chemical free gardening, floral design, and outdoor beautification combined with a positive attitude and teamwork spirit Embark on a rewarding journey where your love for nature meets vibrant retail energy!
