Castel Del Mare Condominium Association is looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to help maintain our community grounds and common areas. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping a property clean and well cared for. Stable, year-round work in a well-maintained community.

What You'll Do:

Keep grounds, walkways, and common areas clean and free of debris Mow, trim, edge, and maintain landscaped areas Assist with basic upkeep of shrubs, trees, and flower beds Use equipment such as blowers, trimmers, and mowers (training provided if needed) Help with general outdoor maintenance and light tasks as needed Report any issues or safety concerns

What We're Looking For:

Dependable and shows up on time Willing to work outdoors in Florida weather Initiative and takes pride in their work Able to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day Landscaping or horticultural experience is a plus, but not required
