Job Overview Rogers Market is looking for a reliable, hands-on Part-Time Landscaper to care for the plants, flower beds, and grounds at all our store locations. You will keep our properties looking clean, healthy, and welcoming for customers year-round. This role travels between sites on a regular schedule, so a valid driver's is required. If you take pride in well-kept outdoor spaces and enjoy working independently, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Plant, water, prune, weed, and fertilize flower beds, shrubs, and other landscaping at all Rogers Market locations. Maintain healthy plants and replace seasonal plantings as needed to keep the grounds attractive throughout the year. Mow, trim, edge, and keep grass and green areas neat and tidy. Mulch beds, manage soil, and monitor for pests, disease, or irrigation issues, reporting concerns to management. Keep walkways, entrances, parking areas, and outdoor spaces free of debris, litter, and overgrowth. Perform seasonal cleanup (leaves, snow-adjacent landscaping needs, spring/fall preparation). Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely; keep equipment clean and in good order. Travel between store locations on a set route/schedule to provide consistent care across all sites. Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work (required). Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or gardening experience preferred; willingness to learn also welcome. Knowledge of basic plant care, watering, pruning, and seasonal maintenance. Ability to work independently, manage time across multiple sites, and follow a route schedule. Able to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. Comfortable safely operating common landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, hand tools). Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a customer-friendly attitude.
