In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring landscapes are healthy, vibrant, and well-manicured by performing a variety of gardening, landscaping, and lawn care tasks. Your enthusiasm for horticulture and outdoor work will help create inviting environments that delight clients and visitors alike. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance duties including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning using hand tools and power tools to keep outdoor areas pristine. Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and regular testing to ensure optimal watering schedules. Conduct gardening tasks such as planting new flora, mulching beds, fertilizing, and weed control to promote healthy plant growth. Use landscaping equipment efficiently and safely to install new features or maintain existing ones. Support general lawn care activities like aerating, overseeding, and applying pest control treatments as needed. Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris and ensuring tools are properly stored after use. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards and environmental guidelines. Qualifications Prior experience or interest in irrigation systems, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred but not required. Knowledge of horticulture principles and basic lawn care techniques is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment safely and effectively. Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward maintenance tasks. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Valid driver's license may be required depending on job location.
