Individual would be responsible for picking up trash and keeping grounds clean. Light maintenance and repair work. Pressure washing, painting, and touch-up work. General Property upkeep as needed. Requirements Reliable transportation Working cell phone Ability to work independently Must be dependable and punctual Must be able to pass a background check This position does not offer any benefits or insurance. Preferred- Basic maintenance experience, experence with pressure washing and painting equipment. Ability to lift and perform outdoor work in Florida weather. Part-time M-F 9-1 or Full-time based on experience
