" We need timely attendance and willingness to work each day to the fullest! Garden Lead responsibilities include but are not limited to the following : Fertilize, water, and spray ornamental plants, shrubs, hedges, trees, and flowers Keeps area free from debris, trash, and litter Make recommendations for the development of special planting areas, select plants, and flower or ornamental gardens Provide advice and assistance to others regarding proper care of flowers and ornamental plants, pruning, and other technical skills Apply chemicals to plants, trees, shrubs, and lawns for eradication of fungi and pests Recommend the appropriate time to apply chemicals, taking into consideration weather conditions and frequency of usage Responsible for storing safely chemicals and supplies Maintain hoses, hand tools, power equipment in clean and working conditions Capable of running POS terminal both on-line and off-line, and upload offline POS transactions Provide legendary customer service storewide The minimum physical requirements for this position include: Ability to stand for an extended period of time Bending, climbing, and twisting are routine; the position requires the ability to retrieve, stock, and move product Must be able to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds Benefits for
