Landscape Laborer

Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a desire to contribute to creating beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks that support the maintenance and enhancement of residential and commercial properties. Duties Perform lawn care activities including edging, weed mat and laying rock/mulch. Assist in the installation and maintenance of gardens, including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Operate hand tools and equipment safely for landscape maintenance tasks. Conduct tree care activities such as trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth. Irrigate landscapes effectively to maintain optimal plant health. Dig trenches or holes for planting or landscaping projects as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored. Experience Previous experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related fields is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools used in landscaping such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and blowers is beneficial.. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
