In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of groundskeeping tasks to ensure the health, safety, and aesthetic appeal of our properties. Your hands-on expertise, knowledge, and dedication to quality will help transform outdoor environments into vibrant, welcoming spaces. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape maintenance while contributing to community beautification. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance duties to keep properties pristine. Apply gardening techniques such as watering, and weed control to promote healthy plant growth. Utilize landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Support general maintenance tasks such as debris removal, and cleanups. Qualifications Prior experience or training in groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, lawn care or gardening is preferred. Knowledge of horticulture principles and landscape design is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, etc. Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to property upkeep. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
