Tenants Full Job Description Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing and replacing fixtures, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of common areas, including hallways, stairwells, and outdoor spaces.
• Perform landscaping and gardening tasks to ensure the property's curb appeal.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major repairs or replacements needed.

Experience:

• Previous experience in general maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of hand tools and power tools is essential.
• Familiarity with landscaping and lawn care techniques is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
