Our wellness-focused campus is dedicated to holistic health, organic living, fitness, transformational guest experiences, and maintaining a beautiful, clean, and peaceful environment for our guests and team members. We are currently seeking hardworking, dependable, and team-oriented Landscape Technician to join our Grounds and Facilities team. This position plays an important role in maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of our wellness campus.
Job:
Landscaper - Full-time General property cleanup and maintenance The Landscaper is responsible for general landscaping, grounds maintenance, exterior property upkeep, and campus beautification projects throughout the property. This role supports the daily maintenance of gardens, walkways, lawns, planting areas, fountains, and exterior facilities while helping maintain the elevated wellness environment of Hippocrates Wellness. Remove dead leaves, branches, shoveling, lay mulch and sod, prune and maintain planting areas. Water flower beds and planters as needed. Replace dead flowers and green plants Repaint parking stopper and speed bumps Clean all fountains and remove trash loose on campus Power wash paths, walkways, and roofs Help team leader in different landscaping task and work together with your team KNOWLEDGE, SKILL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS
Exterior work - Ability to work outside in all seasons and weather Knowledge in arboriculture Ability to work with landscaping power tools. Physical requirements include walking, standing, bending, lifting/carrying up to a minimum of 50 pounds. Flexible availability including weekends and holidays based on business demands.
