Landscaper/Groundskeeper

Noble Ag is a family-owned and operated company based in Winter Haven, Florida, with roots in the region's long-standing citrus and agricultural industry spanning four generations. As our operations continue to grow, we are looking to expand our landscaping and groundskeeping team responsible for maintaining Noble Ag and its affiliated properties. Work Environment:

This position requires working outdoors more than 90% of the time in Florida weather conditions. Onsite facilities are available for breaks and meals.

Schedule:

Full-Time Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts Start time is7:00 AM or 8:00 AM depending on the season How you can bring value to our properties: Mowing lawns and trimming edges Weed removal and general yard cleanup Hedge and bush trimming Leaf blowing and debris removal Planting flowers, shrubs, and small trees when needed Basic irrigation checks and watering plants Maintaining landscaping equipment and tools Ensuring all grounds are kept neat, safe, and presentable Completing tasks assigned by the Grounds/Property Manager Occasionally operating company vehicles to travel between properties or transport equipment Opportunity prerequisites: Must be 18 years of age or older Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Ability to work outdoors for extended periods Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable transportation Valid Florida driver's license with a good driving record Ability to safely operate company vehicles when required Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience is helpful but not required Be ready to be valued and have a great work environment We are looking for more than just a worker. Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
