  • Temporary, Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscape Technician to join our dynamic team!
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through a variety of landscaping, gardening, and groundskeeping tasks. Your expertise will help create beautiful, functional landscapes that meet client expectations and uphold safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop your skills in horticulture and landscape maintenance, and contribute to transforming outdoor environments into vibrant, inviting spaces. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment. Conduct lawn care activities like fertilizing, aerating, and overseeding to promote lush turf. Maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. Assist with tree care including trimming, pruning, planting, and removal using appropriate techniques and equipment. Support irrigation systems Carry out seasonal tasks such as snow plowing in winter months to keep properties safe and accessible. Experience Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment including power tools, hand tools, excavators, and irrigation systems is essential. Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices such as tree trimming, gardening, hardscape installation, and snow plowing is advantageous. Ability to operate light construction machinery safely and effectively. Knowledge of plant care principles including horticulture best practices for trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to landscaping operations and equipment use. A proactive attitude with excellent physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
