General Duties and Responsibilities:

Walking the property to pick up trash/debris/cigarette butts/etc Emptying site trash cans as needed Wiping down trash cans as needed Cleaning up liquid spills as needed Clean the internal hardscape, seating areas and external walkways Perform cleaning of the truck courts Operate and maintain press washer machine Observe and perform safety precautions at all times, utilize proper safety signage Report any safety hazards for proper action Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures Other duties as may be assigned by the Facilities Manager Requirements Valid driver's license preferred Must be able to walk and/or stand for up to four hours at a time minimum Must be able to work outside and perform all required duties of the position Must be able to use hand tools and facilities equipment Knowledge and experience with trailer mounted Pressure Washer (preferred) Able to work independently, exercise creativity, attentive to detail and maintain a positive attitude High School Diploma or equivalent Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
