JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Grounds Crew Supervisor and Grounds Crew Lead Individual performs assigned landscape and lawn maintenance to ensure all Hamilton owned properties are maintained on a weekly rotation. Individual maintains the grounds of the medical center and other medical center owned buildings. Individual work is outside, noisy and dirty. Individual may be required to work a flexible work schedule. The work is moderately heavy. Individual must be in top physical condition. Individual must be able to adjust to changing tasks.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school graduate preferred but not required. Must be able to interpret and follow oral and written instructions.
Licensure :
NA Experience:
2 years of experience in care of lawn, shrubbery, hedge and trees preferred.
Skills:
Mechanical ability and leadership ability.
