Job Summary Join our dynamic lawn care team as a Crew Member dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant, well-maintained landscapes. In this energetic role, you will perform a variety of landscaping and maintenance tasks to ensure our clients' properties look their best year-round. Whether it's mowing, planting, or operating power tools, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create beautiful, healthy environments. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in horticulture, landscape maintenance, and outdoor construction while working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers to maintain lawns and gardens efficiently. Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, edging, and mulching to enhance curb appeal. Use hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, edging, and installing landscape features. Support irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns. Perform snow plowing during winter months to keep driveways and walkways clear and safe. Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, or removal with proper techniques and safety precautions. Maintain hardscape features like patios or walkways by cleaning or minor repairs as needed. Experience Prior experience with lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools and hand tools is a plus. Basic understanding of horticulture, garden care, or landscape design is beneficial. Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or other construction machinery is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills in gardening, tree care, irrigation systems, and snow removal. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
