Lawn Care Worker

Job Overview We are hiring Lawn Maintenance & Landscaping Crew Members to join our team. This role includes routine lawn maintenance and landscape services on residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities include:

Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment to ensure optimal operation Mow lawns using power tools and hand tools to ensure a neat and healthy appearance Trim trees, shrubs, and hedges using pruning shears, saws, or other hand tools Support construction projects related to landscape improvements when needed Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns Assist with tree care activities such as trimming or removal Perform landscape maintenance including planting, fertilizing, aerating, and mulching Install or repair hardscape features like patios, walkways, or retaining walls Conduct general gardening tasks including planting flowers or shrubs R equirements Familiarity with hand tools and basic power tools Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment Strong attention to detail for precise trimming, mowing, and planting tasks Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions
