Lead Landscaper

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Landscaper to spearhead our landscaping and lawncare business. Responsibilities Lead and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality work Oversee landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, pruning, planting, and seasonal cleanups Manage irrigation systems, ensuring proper installation, operation, and troubleshooting to maintain healthy landscapes Coordinate landscaping and construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring safety standards are met Perform tree care tasks such as pruning, trimming, and health assessments to promote safety and aesthetic appeal Collaborate with clients and team members to develop landscape designs that align with project goals and budget Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or lawn care--being able to operate heavy machinery is a plus! Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, gardening techniques, and plant health management Must have a drivers license and transportation Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate a team effectively Excellent understanding of landscape maintenance standards and safety protocols Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, digging, and operating heavy equipment is a plus Join us in creating stunning outdoor spaces while leading a passionate team dedicated to excellence.
