Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and Junk Removal Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces and maintaining pristine environments. This energetic position involves performing landscape maintenance, landscaping projects, and efficient junk removal to ensure our clients' properties look their best. You'll work outdoors in various weather conditions, utilizing your physical skills and mechanical knowledge to complete tasks safely and effectively. Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and gardening to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery including excavators for landscaping projects and site preparation Perform tree care activities like pruning, trimming, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety Conduct junk removal by safely loading debris, old furniture, yard waste, and construction materials onto trucks for disposal or recycling Support hardscape installations such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Maintain equipment through routine checks and basic repairs to ensure optimal performance Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients Experience Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or gardening is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools, hand tools, excavators, and other landscaping equipment is a plus Knowledge of horticulture principles or tree care techniques will help you excel in this role Experience in construction or hardscape projects is beneficial but not mandatory Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor throughout the day Join us in creating beautiful outdoor environments while gaining valuable skills in landscaping, maintenance, and junk removal.
