Landscaping Crew Member

Duties Perform lawn care services including mowing, edging, trimming, and general maintenance Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, and blowers Assist with planting, pruning, and basic tree care Support landscape installation projects Remove debris and maintain clean, safe job sites Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as excavators, lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, and other landscaping tools Collaborate with team members to execute projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards and project specifications Skills Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions Ability to work well on a team Willingness to learn (experience is a plus, but not required) Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment (or willingness to be trained) Professional and respectful with coworkers and clients Valid driver's license preferred (additional hourly pay available) Reliable transportation to/from work Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable working physically active days (up to 10 hours; start times as early as 6:00 AM) What we offer Competitve pay based on experience Weekly pay (Friday) On-the-job training Company provided uniform shirts and hoodie If you are ready to build skills, work outdoors, and be part of a dependable team, apply today!
