18-20/hour, depending on experience About Kerith House Kerith House is a 124-acre mountain farm and winery estate just outside Blue Ridge, Georgia, with vineyards, orchards, gardens, and wooded trails that create a one-of-a-kind guest experience in the North Georgia mountains. Role Overview The Farm & Vineyard Groundskeeper is an entry-level, hands-on role that supports our farm and vineyard operations and helps keep the property healthy, attractive, and well-maintained. This position performs routine grounds and vineyard maintenance, working under the direction of the Director of Farm and Vine. Key Responsibilities Assist with planting, pruning, harvesting, weeding, mowing, mulching, and general grounds care across orchards, vineyards, and farm areas. Operate basic farm and landscaping equipment and tools. Help maintain farm and landscaping equipment in good working order. Support seasonal projects and other special assignments as directed. Required Skills and Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Strong service and hospitality mindset; comfortable working in and around guest areas. High attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics in outdoor spaces (gardens, lawns, and vineyard rows). Experience with facility, landscaping, and/or farm maintenance. Agricultural or horticultural experience and knowledge preferred (not required). Physical stamina and ability to perform manual outdoor work in varying weather conditions (lifting, bending, standing, walking). Basic knowledge of lawn and farm equipment operation and routine maintenance. Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn, take direction, and continually improve. Schedule & Hours Part-time role, up to a maximum of 20 hours per week. Schedule may include weekends and seasonal peak periods as needed for farm and vineyard operations. Compensation Starting wage $18-20 per hour, based on experience.
