Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties. The Landscape Technician will work with power tools and equipment to perform essential landscaping duties, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Utilize power tools for various landscaping activities such as digging, planting, and building landscape features. Conduct tree care activities including pruning and trimming to promote healthy growth. Carry out groundskeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of outdoor spaces. Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects effectively. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues as needed. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred. Proficiency in using power tools and landscaping equipment safely and effectively. Knowledge of horticulture practices, including tree care and plant maintenance. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. A valid driver's license may be required depending on job responsibilities.
