Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our Grounds Crew team. This role is essential in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces. As a member of the Grounds Crew, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall upkeep of landscapes, gardens, and recreational areas. If you have a passion for working outdoors and possess skills in landscaping and lawn care, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Care for gardens by planting, weeding, watering, and fertilizing plants. Execute tree care tasks such as tree trimming and removal as needed. Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Dig and prepare soil for planting new vegetation or installing hardscape elements. Maintain equipment used for landscaping and grounds maintenance. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Skills Proficiency in landscape maintenance practices including mowing and lawn care. Experience with garden upkeep including planting and weeding techniques. Knowledge of tree care practices such as trimming and removal is a plus. Ability to build hardscape features with attention to detail. Familiarity with snow plowing operations during winter months is beneficial. Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions. Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to achieving high-quality results.
