Grounds Specialist PruittHealth Job Summary PruittHealth is seeking a Grounds Specialist to support and maintain a variety of properties across Northeast Georgia and nearby South Carolina. This position is responsible for grounds maintenance, lawn care, routine building maintenance, basic repairs, and equipment upkeep. The ideal candidate will be dependable, hands on, organized, and able to coordinate multiple tasks while helping maintain a safe, clean, and well kept environment across all assigned properties. Primary Responsibilities 1. Perform routine maintenance of air conditioners/heaters by changing out the air filters 2. Assists with major cleaning projects as needed. 3. Perform generator testing and routine maintenance as scheduled/needed at the Pharmacy and NE Georgia and nearby South Carolina locations. 4. Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as requested. 5. Maintain the grounds of Pruitt Properties in Toccoa NE Georgia and nearby South Carolina locations to see that they are free of trash and debris; may include mowing of lawn, trimming hedges, weeding, etc. 6. Remove furniture and other items as needed. 7. Install and check batteries for smoke alarms as needed. 8. Maintain and replace electrical outlets, light bulbs, and rewire or replace wiring in various equipment. 9. Complete general maintenance, plumbing repair, replace and unclogging hair traps, unplugging toilets, repairing washers and dryer, replacing broken pipes/water lines etc. 10. Build various structures for the use of the patients, e.g., benches, flower boxes, and other carpentry work requiring the use of various materials (wood, plaster, cement, nails, etc.) 11. Use electrical tools and equipment when appropriate. (Including volt meter, drills, saws, etc.) 12. Use pressure washer as requested. Qualifications - External

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma; or equivalent Two years of work experience.

Cell Phone, Trucks and lawn equipment and day today tools as needed for the job
