Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Equipment Operator to join our installation and enhancements division. The ideal candidate has strong operating skills with various types of compact and heavy machinery used in landscape construction and planting projects, including skid steers, mini-excavators, dingo, etc. This position plays a vital role in preparing sites, grading, and assisting with large-scale plant and tree installations for commercial and residential properties. ‍

Great team culture with professional leadership and steady work. Responsibilities Operate skid steers, mini-excavators, dingo, tractors, and other landscape machinery safely and efficiently. Assist with grading, trenching, digging, and backfilling for planting and irrigation work. Handle and install large trees, shrubs, and plant material according to landscape plans. Load and unload materials such as soil, mulch, rock, and trees. Perform basic equipment maintenance, fueling, and daily inspections. Work closely with foremen and installation crews to complete jobs on schedule and to company standards. Follow all company safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized job site. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience operating landscape or construction equipment. Ability to read and follow landscape plans (preferred). Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required). Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
