Responsibilities:

Supervise and train a team of lawn maintenance technicians. Plan and execute daily lawn care tasks, including mowing, edging and trimming. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies on job sites. Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high service standards. Communicate effectively with management to understand clients needs and provide solutions. Manage equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly. Assist in scheduling and route planning for efficient service delivery as needed. Promote teamwork and a positive work environment among crew members.

Requirements:

Proven experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping, preferably in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of horticulture, lawn care techniques, and equipment operation. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
