Qualifications:

Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required Must be physically capable of outdoor labor in various weather conditions Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment safely Strong work ethic and attention to detail Dependable and punctual with excellent time management skills

Equipment & Training:

As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you will primarily work with equipment such as mowers, weed eaters, trimmers, and blowers. While prior experience is helpful, it is not required —we're happy to provide training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team.
