Ideally, this person has some tropical landscaping experience. Planting/designing experience a plus. Will be filling in where needed on the maintenance division as well, so person will need to have experience with a stand on zero turn mower and weed trimmers. Some cross training with our sister company Hawai'i Curb Appeal is possible. Someone who is self-motivated is always who we prefer to hire.Responsibilities:
- Using proper planting techniques
- Perform high quality landscape & lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to a standard well above the average, pruning and removal of green waste
- Use provided power tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently and safely
- Plant, prune, and maintain trees, flowers/plants and shrubs & install ground cover
- Take meticulous care of each client's property no matter the size or location
- Take care and pride in equipment and tools provided to ensure they remain in tip
- top shape

Experience:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field preferred (not required)
- Knowledge of proper tree trimming techniques and plant care preferred (not required
- Experience with proper planting techniques
- Familiarity with operating power tools and equipment used in landscaping expecially stand on zero turn mowers and weed trimmers
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
