Qualifications English Full Job Description Job Duties:

Sweep, dust and remove trash and debris throughout the property Wipe down and sanitize surface areas - elevators, hallways, stairwells, lobby area, etc. Mop and power wash floors and walkways Vacuum carpets Rake and blow leaves from yard or grass areas Weed, mow, cut or hedge plants, shrubs and grass areas Clean pool Requirements/Skills Must have a neat appearance Knowledge and experience in cleaning chemicals, supplies and work methods Must be able to speak English Must be able to work independently
