Job Description
Landscapers maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the park while promoting a safe working environment and eliminating any potential hazards. Duties are but not limited to the following: Maintain, repair and transport tools, equipment, and structures such as buildings, fences and benches. Gather and renew mulch. Move and install soil, mulch and plants. Maintains lawns, hedges, trees, pathways and flower beds. Works with crew members on assigned tasks on a daily basis. Assists with any maintenance projects. Maintain weeds and insects using weed and insect killer. Maintain water sprinklers. Clean debris from walkways. Ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and co-workers. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Adhere to work schedules and maintain regular attendance. Must be able to work unsupervised. Ability to stand for an extended period of time Must be able to work in an environment that can be at times high paced and stressful Must be able to work in all types of inclement weather conditions. Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds Physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs Proficiency in the English Language
