• we value the highest standards of moral and ethical character You'll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do the following: Own the meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors/rock beds, leasing office area cleaning, parking lots, and weed control on the property Recognize and report any unsafe conditions, maintenance concerns for repairs, and/or common area deficiencies Assist in the preparation of market-ready units only on a needed/limited basis, including removing trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready and/or minor touch up cleaning.

In this role, you'll be accountable for hitting the following critical goals: Help the team to achieve and maintain an occupancy of greater than 95% Complete greater than 75% of all work orders within 48 hours Prepare vacant units for occupancy in 7 days or less Our company runs purely on EOS.
