In this role, you will play a key part in installing and maintaining outdoor spaces, ensuring they remain beautiful and functional. This hands-on position requires physical stamina, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for working outdoors. If you're eager to learn, follow instructions well, and take pride in delivering quality work, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with planting, mulching, pruning, and watering plants, trees, and lawns. Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment, such as shovels, rakes, and wheelbarrows. Perform general lawn care tasks, including mowing, edging, and removing debris. Support the installation of landscape features like walkways, patios, and retaining walls. Adhere to safety guidelines and keep the work area clean and organized. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet client expectations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in landscaping or outdoor labor is preferred but not required. Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, such as lifting up to 50 lbs and working in all weather conditions. Basic understanding of plants, tools, and landscaping techniques (training will be provided). Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude. Willingness to follow directions and learn from supervisors. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.
