Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Landscaper to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces by applying your expertise in landscape design, horticulture, and groundskeeping. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and fertilizing to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for planting, edging, aerating, and other landscaping activities Install and maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and garden beds using appropriate construction techniques Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways safe and accessible Support garden design projects by selecting plants, preparing soil, and implementing landscape plans under supervision Skills Strong mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools Extensive experience with lawn care practices including mowing, edging, aeration, and fertilization Proficiency in landscape maintenance techniques for diverse outdoor environments Knowledge of horticulture principles to support healthy plant growth and landscape aesthetics Ability to operate excavators and other construction machinery safely when needed for hardscape installation or site preparation Familiarity with tree care practices such as trimming and disease management Skilled in using hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools (trimmers, blowers) effectively Understanding of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting processes Experience in gardening techniques that promote sustainable growth and soil health Ability to perform snow plowing operations efficiently during winter seasons Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward landscape projects Join us as a Landscaper to bring outdoor spaces to life!
