This individual will be working out of Signature Lawn & Landscape located on the southside of Des Moines, Iowa.

Landscape Maintenance Worker responsibilities:

• leaf clean ups, trimming, mulching, mowing, weed eating, landscape hand work, softscape, plantings, top dressing, aerating, over seeding, tile, etc.
• provide snow clearance
• Work effectively and efficiently with specialized equipment including, mowers, trimmers, weed eaters, concrete saws, chainsaws, hand tools, hand and back pack blowers, aerators, etc.

Qualifications:

• Healthy/in good physical condition, able to lift 40lbs
• Self motivated, ambitious & hard working
• MUST work well with others Benefits include:
