Posting Detail Information Salary Information $18.15 per hour. Job Summary Perform all phases of custodial and groundskeeping work.
Two positions available:
Daytime Hours:
Between 7:30am - 4:00pm (flexible).Evening Hours:
Between 2:00pm - 10:00pm (flexible). Essential Functions Mow and remove trash. Keep sidewalks and entry ways clean. Weed eating, gardening, and landscaping. Perform various building cleaning tasks including but not limited to: Clean and vacuum carpets and maintain hard surface flooring. Clean whiteboards, ledges, erasers, glass, windows, and furniture. Clean ceiling diffusers, trash cans, walls, and other tasks as required or needed. Required Qualifications Valid Iowa Driver's License with good driving record. Ability to periodically move equipment/furniture/supplies weighing up to 75 pounds. Desired Qualifications Experience with mowers and weed eaters. Commercial cleaning experience.Work Schedule Two positions available:
