Groundskeeper

Looking for a dependable Grounds Keeper to help maintain a residential property in the Indianola area. This role includes regular yard care, light landscaping, property cleanup, and operating small equipment. Ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping a property looking sharp and running smoothly. Responsibilities Mowing large yard areas (zero‑turn or riding mower) Weed eating / trimming around buildings, fences, and landscaping Landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, edging, and basic design upkeep General cleanup : sticks, debris, leaves, storm cleanup, etc. Power washing house exterior, patios, walkways, and outdoor structures Light maintenance : tightening boards, minor repairs, replacing landscape rock, etc. Grading / leveling small areas as needed Operate small equipment such as skid loader, mini‑tractor, or attachments Assist with seasonal tasks (snow removal, fall cleanup, spring prep) Requirements Experience with mowing equipment and small machinery Ability to perform physical outdoor work Basic mechanical or handyman skills Reliable transportation to the property Self‑motivated and able to work independently Attention to detail and pride in workmanship Schedule & Pay Flexible hours Part‑time or as‑needed

Pay:

$22.59 - $27.20 per hour
