  • We are seeking a reliable and experienced Crew Lead to oversee our mowing team.
In this role, you will manage a small crew, ensuring high-quality lawn maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining mowing equipment, assigning tasks to team members, monitoring work quality, and ensuring safety standards are met. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication skills and a passion for outdoor work.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a mowing crew to complete jobs efficiently and to client satisfaction. Operate mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment. Perform routine equipment maintenance and report issues. Train and guide crew members on proper techniques and safety protocols. Ensure timely completion of assigned routes and maintain a professional appearance on-site with provided work uniforms.
Requirements:
Previous experience in landscaping or mowing (1-2 years preferred). Leadership or supervisory experience a plus. Knowledge of lawn care equipment and basic maintenance. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
