Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Gardener to join our team. As a FarWest Fine Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential gardens through comprehensive plant care and other horticultural techniques. You will work alongside other gardeners, full-time, with the opportunity to grow and develop a rewarding career within the company.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive plant care, including watering, pruning, and nurturing a variety of plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs. Implement effective weed control strategies to maintain garden health and aesthetics. Remove debris from gardens and landscaped areas to keep them clean and attractive. Execute beautification projects, enhancing the visual appeal of residential gardens through thoughtful planting and maintenance. Identify and treat plant diseases and pests. Maintain and care for garden tools and equipment. Collaborate with other gardeners and the landscaping team to plan and execute garden projects. Provide clients with advice on plant care and garden maintenance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role. Knowledge of regional plants, flowers, and trees. Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor outdoors. Strong attention to detail and aesthetic skills. Good communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to work 50+ hours a week as the season requires. Valid drivers license
