What You'll Do In this role, you'll help maintain and enhance commercial landscapes year-round, including snow and ice removal during winter. Perform landscape maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, blowing) Monday through Friday (no weekend work) Complete spring and fall cleanups Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment Accurately track time and job notes using the Jobber app Assist with snow and ice removal in winter months Work collaboratively with your team to deliver high-quality results

What We're Looking For Required:

1 to 3 years of commercial landscape maintenance experience required. Landscape experience must be included and clearly explained on your resume to be considered for this position. Experience operating commercial mowers and equipment Reliable transportation and strong attendance Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Preferred (but not required): Experience with fertilization, pruning, or landscape construction Experience driving a truck with a trailer attached, with a good driving record Horticulture or gardening knowledge Pay & Schedule $17.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience, reliability and performance).
